My dog is stealing diapers
And yes, those are USED diapers

(on queue...."EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!")

Samoyeds are extremely smart dogs, but sometimes bad taste mixed with intelligence just grosses you out....YUK

2. Tavener
coprophagy in dogs is often related to a paucity of enzymes in their food. natural enzymes ca't tolerate the heat of processing, so canned/dry dog foods are enzyme poor. try an enzyme supplement like prozyme:

3. even better,
I feed my lab pup raw food on fridays.

I use Nature's Variety raw chicken and lamb medallions. She gets three as a supplement with her human-grade dry-wet mix on fridays with her vitamin and amino supplements.

she gets raw frozen bones to crack open (with that good marrow!) on special occasions too.

oh, theres the microwave alarm. my top ramen is finished cooking. gotta go!

5. That's their instinct
"Most" dogs love the smell and/or taste of poop, from my experience.

Sorry, it is what it is.
