Help with movie title so I can rent it, please!

This movie was about a female doctor who traveled to a conference (where, I forgot)and got involved with this man and they learned that her father had been there earlier and was a Nazi, I think. The man's character was named "Yuri" I believe. Kind of steamy in the sex dept but I want to see it. Any help out there!

Memory has gotten old like the rest of me, but the main male character

played a news writer named Yuri (I believe) and wore a beard. I believe they talked about being in either Pravda/Poland, but this could be my failing memory speaking again.
