things I have to do today --

I have today off from work but have lots to do today:

finish a painting,clean house,make cream puffs, do laundry

My plan of action:

1. finish the painting
2. start making the creampuffs
3. while "puffs" are baking -- start cleaning house
4. finish cleaning house while "puffs" are cooling
5. after "puffs" are cooled - start filling them
6. in between all of this -- get laundry going

what's your "list" for today?

1. I have to do laundry, too

When my friend drags his ass out of bed, we're going to get something to eat. Then I'm going to run him by the computer store as he has now car right now. After that I have some gifts to wrap and I don't even have any wrapping paper, so I'll have to go to the store and get that. After that is done, I've got 4 beers in the frige that have been there for a month. I'm going to toss them back while DUing.

2. My list

1. One more coat of paint for the bathroom I'm painting
2. Take dog to the vet for his rabies booster
3. Get to the Y before they close at 3
4. Hit the grocery store (may skip that as it may be a total zoo)
5. Start my kitchen counter painting project

Some cleaning, laundry, and DUing will be mixed in with that.

3. lighting

I put in a couple of huge poinsettias with the plum color (not red) in a large basket. I also put nine poinsettias of varying shades of cream, appricot and bright red on my fireplace mantle, along with hanging a holly wreath.

The trouble is the lighting. They need accent lighting. So I will go buy some accent lighting.

First, though, I'm hitting the wine store. Gotta' have at least 5 bottles to get me through Sunday!

I guess, either way you look at it, I'm going to be lit up.
