Please no "You shouldn't be using internet explorer" right now. Anyone know how to do get rid of these web addresses that seem to arbitrarily stay there for a long time?

2. Um, not sure what that means, I've got Windows 98 |
|
in the windows/history folder there are just folders with today, yesterday, and last week folders. I deleted everything inside them. No option for selecting "all delete" that I see. But after deleting all the files in windows/history file, those adresses are still there.

3. Are you talking about web addresses that you've bookmarked? |
|
Go to "Favorites" - then "Organize Favorites" - then click on the circle to the left of the web address and go to "Edit" - then "Clear".

to clear it is to put in new addresses, the new ones take the space of the old, good luck.
