I have to say, I cooked a pretty damned good prime rib today |

It was my first attempt to do one, and it came out pretty well. Though I shouldn't have decided to also have the oven try to bake a bunch of potatoes, and I'm pretty well convinced now that my oven is not as hot as it says it is.
Still, it was damned tender and cutable with a fork.
YUM!!!!!

yummmmmmmmmmmmm......
and I have so much left over. I made a 9 pounder, and I bet we ate maybe 5 pounds, tops. YUM for me!
