Looking for wifi card advice. Please help!
Can anyone help me? I'm trying to figure out what wireless internets card for my laptop to buy on Amazon while their all on sale. I don't understand all the technical jargon and can't figure out which one to get.

My roommate has a linksys wireless-G router with speedbooster, so I want something compatible with that. However, I also want something that will work at wifi hot spots when I'm traveling or locally. I want a card that will work everywhere with everything.

Anyone have any suggestions for what card is most compatible and fast?

I'm leaning toward this one that looks impressive.

Any advice from more tech savvy people is very much appreciated!

2. I second that, CV
It's what I have, and it's never let me down.

I'm a real fan of Linksys - great support, even if it is in India.................

"You'll also be able to connect with any of the growing number of public wireless hotspots springing up in coffee shops, airport lounges, hotels and convention centers. And as those hotspots upgrade to the new high-speed Wireless-G standard, you'll be ready to take advantage of the increased speeds."
