Poll question: What is your favorite Cookie? |
|
Edited on Mon Dec-27-04 12:07 PM by GingerSnaps
I have to make some cookies for the employees that work in my apartment building because it would cost too much to give them each a present from Starbucks. I hate Starbucks but all of the local coffee houses are gone in my area and it's the only place that you can go besides Dunkin Doughnuts :puke:.
What's your favorite cookie? I am not talking about internet cookies either :D

I had to put peanut butter chips in my cookies for Santa this year. My daughter's idea. I wanted to tell her "Santa doesn't like those" ... ah well. They weren't so bad. :)

It's hard to pick a chocolate chip these days because they have raspberry, peanut butter, mint, butterscotch, etc. It was so much easier when they had dark, milk chocolate or white chocolate.

It seems gross, but they're delicious and incredibly fattening. Granola cookies sounds healthy but are loaded with empty calories and fat fat fat. :spank:
But I love them anyway.

Damn, they're messy (sticky) to make (cutting the dates, and also rolling them into balls), but it's worth it. Heaven.
I couldn't find a recipe on line and mine is stashed away. Basically, it's chopped dates, rice krispies, eggs, brown sugar and shredded coconut.
