Poll question: The "slow" part of your life is over when:
I choose when high school is over. Seems like you're just more busy and everything moves much faster. You dream less, or remember them less. Little snippets of time fly by and you realize that your friends have become shiftless adults, you then hear from them a few years later and they're married, you see them again and they have a little baby, see them again and the baby is a big kid, then a sullen adolescent, then they graduated from Princeton and have their own baby. Or are in jail. Or died of a drug overdose.

You realize that some of your good friends you may only see a few or handful of times again before one of you dies. If at all.

1. I went to college right away
That time was about the same as HS, but after college, the time has seemed to fly.

2. HS/College didn't seem that different to me
Neither of those things got in the way of my massive drug abuse, rampant skirt-chasing, or general unconcern with any and all forms of responsibilty.

And jobs? Hah! Fuck the man. Wait until you can't quit on general principles because you've got to buy diapers...
