11. Oh yes,
I saw a collection of Dark Shadows DVD's at the Tower Records in Richmond
yesterday. I would run home from school to watch that show. I loved it.
There are a couple of websites too. Do a Google search on it.

it did. I saw one movie that he did beyond DARK SHADOWS and then nothing till many years later when he showed up on FALCONCREST. I didn't even like that show, but I watched it just to see him.

I always thought Quentin was a hunky heartbeat :loveya: , but Barnabas was able to cause this preadolescent heart to beat a little faster too. }(

6. I Was in Middle School During Dark Shadows' Run
I would rush home after school every day to catch the latest installment. Since it was, after all, a soap opera, it seemed to my preadolescent mind to move at an even more glacial pace than it did for an adult.

7. That's it-it seems so sloooooow when I watch it now!
And cheesy, very cheesy. But it was THE soap to watch at the time.
What a lifetime ago that was.....:hippie:

10. Oh yeah, used to watch it and I read the books by Marilyn Ross.
My mom said she "lost" the books when we moved. You can even join the "Dark Shadows" fan club. They have annual reunions and special member offers of video/DVD, the album (Yes, I own that as well), and many other items for fans.

Er, did I mention I'm a card carrying member? :put blushing smiley here:

12. There were two Dark Shadows movies...
the "House of Dark Shadows" was the first one. It was pretty good. The second one is a waste of time, don't bother unless you are really addicted to the show.
