Now is the time for all the hard work
taking down all the Xmas decorations. I don't know if I will make it, I need to put the wreath on my door back in the plastic bag and mark it, then return my little angel 8 inch l tree in the box. I don't know if I can handle this. I guess I'll need to sleep an extra day or two with all that "hard work."

3. This is the part I hate about Christmas!
I find it incredibly lonesome and depressing because I don't have any help.
So, THIS year, I refused to even put up a tree and just put lights amongst my plants. I feel so free and light now! And everyone got over it!

4. I felt the same as you
I decorate by myself and put away everything by myself. This year I said forget it.. My adult children said. "we aren't kids anymore, don't bother. So, I didn't and they didn't care. Maybe we all have moved on, it was the little time we shared together that was important.

5. Mine said the same thing
I got the tree up on the 24th and maybe 10 ornaments, and quit. Next year I'm throwing a tree trimming party and they're not invited. Its going to be a drunken orgy.
