I'm two days off tobacco today

It would have been five, but my sister made Christmas a nightmare for us all and I just couldn't stand it. I had a dip. A two-hour dip. It helped, but not enough.

Anyway, now I'm two days since that dip. It's not as bad as I remember (kicking, that is) and I feel like I've accomplished something. I actually dumped a 99% full tin into the toilet.

Get some Commit Lozenges instead. That's what I'm using, they work better than dip because they don't taste like tobacco.
