Cynanosis- blue fingernails, blue lips
That's what they call it when you're not getting enough oxygen or you have poor circulation. Could just be cold, could be more serious. Since I have lupus, I'll be going to the doc in a couple of hours. Anyone want to make me feel less worried?

:scared:

1. Maybe your just cold. Cold temperatures impair ciruculation.

2. It's hot in my office and it's not going away
The heat is stuck firmly in the "on" position- it's 78 in here and rising. I'd cross my fingers but I don't want them to look even weirder!

6.  I am pretty stressed out...
...especially now that I look like a wanna-be from a Marilyn Manson concert.

12. See there, we figured out the problem, but you go to doctor anyway!
They need your money worse than you do. Gag. Hope you are fine. Nice talking with you and best wishes.

4. RP's a Reaction to Cold
It sounds like cyanosis to me, but I'll let a doctor make a real dx!

7. Well, it's 32 where she lives

and since she said she's in her office she presumably came in from the cold.

You do the math ...

8. Been here since about 7
But yeah, that's certainly a possibility. They also painted the office next door, so maybe it's a paint thing.

besides wearing wool socks everywhere you go?

11. I'm not a medical person but

this suggests vasoldilators may be helpful:

Consult your physician. Of course, one needs to balance the effects of drugs with the benefits.
