What Kind Of Shoes Do You Wear?
I wear my Converse a lot, probably too much. Besides that, I like my Asics Tigers, and Doc Martens (the pair I bought before they started making them in China)

And I really want some Grinders Steel Toe boots, mmm, Grinders...

What about you? :P

on the Ice. We live in ohio and got hammered last week with over a foot of snow, then heavy rain, then temperatures in the single digits. I never slipped a bit. I buy mine at Dick's Sporting Goods.

15. suede boots
unless it's raining. Then I wear water resiliant boots. In the summer I like moccasins and rubber gardening shoes. Yes, I have loads of pumps and high heels from more serious corporate days. No, I'm not Imelda Marcos. I buy most of them from consignment stores.

Apparently, alot of women buy shoes on impulse, never try the on, and never wear them, then they feel guilty and donate them to charity. I've wayyyyyy too many though.

Once a couple of summers ago, at the consignment store, there was a singular glorious brocade and snakeskin boot. It's mate could not be found. I didn't go back just once to find the mate, I didn't just go back twice, I didn't just go back thrice.

But in the interim, I talked to a dear friend who is a gypsy fairy princess lady, who said, "Go buy it. It's your Cinderella boot." I did indeed go back a fourth time and bought the singular glorious boot for a buck.

It's now masquerading as a vase with a rose in it.

The sales lady thought I was nuts, but was very entertained.

How silly is that?

23. Mostly, I wear my American Eagle leather shoes.
I have a pair in black and a pair in brown.

For fun, I have a pair of knee-high, high-heeled red leather boots from Nine West, and a couple pairs of Steve Madden high-heeled pumps.

Of course, I do have the obligatory black dress pumps and a good pair of athletic shoes.
