I'm lucky enough to have a gearhead buddy who works on it for me. Now that I finally have a job with a living wage, I've been having Doug do a whole bunch of long-overdue work to the car. As such, it's running better than ever! :bounce:

We have a Geo Prizm has 220K and it is still running like a champ-over 30 mpg in the mountains. Hope you have the same luck with cars we've had.

6. 1987 Plymouth Grand Fury. |

Its original owner was the world-famous little old lady who hardly ever drove it. After she died, her son wanted to get rid of the car, so I bought it for $300 in 2000. I had about $500 worth of work done to it. When all was said and done, I spent less than $1,000 and owned a car with only 62,000 miles!

My friend did that in college when he rolled over to 200k and a cop pulled up behind him and busted him for having an open container in the car. :)
