How do I watch the damn Daily Show?!?!?!

I am subletting a place in LA and on the DirecTV here it is channel 249 and I cannot find any trace of it in any time between 8pm and 1am during the week. Anybody else from LA that can help me??? I thought it would be on at 10 or 11pm universally??????????

They put it on at 9:30. I suspect that they are off until Jan. 3. Haven't seen the listing for about a week. Off. They'll be back.
