2. There is one that says "bring them home now"
I've seen it on a few cars... maybe they're homemade.

4. None of them, they're all ridiculous.
This ribbon thing got out of control somewhere after the AIDS ribbon. There's a freakin' ribbon for everything.

Does anyone NOT support finding a cure to Breast Cancer? Are the ones sporting ribbons more concerned about it or more special? Does anyone NOT support our troops?

With the AIDS ribbon, it made some sense because at the time there were still dummies who thought you could only get HIV if you were gay. It was kind of controversial at first--until of course, it too got out of hand. Most glaringly obvious when that actress wore a DRESS made of red ribbons.

6. I agree
I think the ribbons "15 minutes" have gone on too long. There are so many that they have lost their meaning.

7. Quite. The whole idea is to say how ridiculous it is.
That's where 'Support Our Breasts' came in. It's supposed to be absured because the whole idea is absurd.

And I still remember in 1995 when the big joke was to have someone wear 18 ribbons on the lapel.
