Central America, even El Salvador and Nicaragua?

Just wondering if anyone knows some beaches, the countryside and some places to enjoy in those country's?

I've been to Panama, Costa Rica & Guatemala.

But I do want to visit the beaches in the central part of Central America for a few weeks to relax & party.
