I love salmon, but it is a rare treat for me. Tommorow before work I am going to stop by Einstein's Bagels and get a plain bagel with plain shmear, lox, tomato, red onions and capers. Yummy. I don't have a lunch break until 4:00, so I need that extra oomph to take me through the day.
