Damn it all!
My lights need changing in my kitchen, the problem is I am 4-11, I have high ceilings which means I need to drag a table in the kitchen, put a chair on the table, then change the bulbs and pray I don't fall. I'm in my 60's - was never afraid of falling but I live by myself now (both kids are grown and l ive on their own), I could fall break my hip like my mom but no one would know. Guess I could put the phone in my pocket just in case. I thoroughly enjoy living by myself but sometimes it is scarry with no one around to ask for help in case of an emergency,

1. I'd come over now, but I'm in New Jersey.

I do know somebody in New Mexico, but I don't think it's Phoenix and, well, he's probably drunk right now.

Good luck.

On edit: I am so dumb, Phoenix is in AZ, isn't it?

2. You wouldn't happen to live within an hour of Hartford, CT?
If so, maybe I can change your bulbs for ya! :hi:

5. Nope, not Hartford
not New Mexico....

If you don't hear from me for a few days, just tell Skinner to contact 911 in Phoenix, he has my address and phone number, at least I think he does because of donations.

4. Do you know there is a tool made for that?
any big box home improvement store has them. A telescopic pole for changing light bulbs.

7. the telescope pole won't do
I have double flourescent lights in my kitchen.

When I bought this house I love the high ceilings, but now regret this.
