While the conservatives are attempting to disembark from the planet or destroy the asteroid, the Lefties will be wringing their hands, blaming GWB (even if it occurs post 2008-gawd, they hate that man), going to church and...gasp... praying (hah, that'll be something to behold, humming the hymns because they only know the lyrics to Madonna and Culture Club) and having sex with their pets. I'll probably die of laughter before the impact.

If the bussed-in anti-choice-hate-mongers didn't sing to us on any given Saturday, we would sing to them. You cannot imagine the total confusion on their faces when they learned WE knew hymns and sang with conviction. :evilgrin:

At my wife's fundy church, they sing some crap off an overhead projector that sounds like it was written by the guy operating the projector. They think guitars and drums can sex it up, but they're wrong. The stuff is still crap. And they sing it over and over and over and over.........

Every once in a while, they'll get crazy/goofy and sing a traditional hymn, like "Crown Him With Many Crowns", or something, and I'll nearly weep with relief. FINALLY. REAL HYMNS!
