SIRIUS SIR-ALP1 satellite radio hardware?

I am considering getting a SIRIUS SIR-ALP1 for my Alpine CDA 9827.

Is this a good choice for sound quality for Sirius?
I like the idea of satellite radio and the AUX input option for an MP3 player is tempting with the SIRIUS SIR-ALP1.

2. Try Sirius Backstage

The Sirius Message Boards have a lot of knowledgeable people that can give you advice on a good set up.

I'm not familiar with the Alpine Hardware, but I'm sure someone over there can help you out.
