I'm on some meds which make it VERY hard for me to achieve climax. She can't achieve climax either, due to past relationships.

I'm now in a position to decide if I just want to ignore orgasms. It pisses me off. When I was 14, I made a 24 year old bust a nut 3-10 times a night.

It had serious sexual reprecussions, but in the end I didn't mind. See, I couldn't have an orgasm, but this particular attribute of my sex life is, I'm certain, the only reason I got the beautiful girls I was blessed with at the time. They were plenty happy, too.

Ultimately, I got off the medication, as it wasn't neccesary. Are the drugs you and your wife are on neccesary? Don't mean to intrude, I've just become very cynical when it comes to big Pharm nowadays.

This is one of the first times I've dived into the lounge, so forgive me if I'm a bit shaky here. This forum appears a bit more jocular than LBN. :)

To the many replies above, what I meant by "busting a nut" was simply having my wife achieve climax; sorry to be so crude. The reason my wife has difficulty with that was she was gang-raped as a child, and subsequently raped by her first husband. From her description, it was extremely ugly.

I'm her third husband. Yes, the meds, in this case, are required. I'm on Lexapro. The psych tried putting me on Depakote which put me into convulsions...oddly enough, Depakote is an anti-psychotic/convulsant. I convulsed off and on for roughly 12 hours when first put on it.

Lexapro, though, is good. It evens me out, tempermentally. I think that is necessary. My wife isn't on anything, just bad memories.

If I pester her, she'll perform what she considers her "wifely duties." That sucks, though. It's supposed to be about sharing, and NOT about an unpleasant duty.

From my teens into my twenties, I brought partners to satisfaction one way or another. In my mid-thirties, now, my partner just can't find enjoyment. Shit, I just don't know what to do.
