Wouldn't that be a whole lot more fun and interesting?

on edit: my former brother-in-law used to spend a couple of hours on his treadmill every day, down in the basement. I never could figure out why he didn't just walk outdoors!

After your nose and lips freeze you can break 'em off and acquire an especially rugged outdoor guy kinda look. Just make sure you drain your bladder BEFORE setting out though! To paraphrase Garrison Keeler, "At 22 below all men are created equal...."

9. Sadly, I don't do it often, but I'm starting to get into the habit.
This is the third time in the past two weeks I've done it. Hopefully I can get around to doing it twice a week consistently.
