Poll question: Do you meditate?
This is a non-denominational question. I don't care if you subscribe to a religion or not. I just want to know if you meditate.

2. While reading a good book.
I allow my mind to wander where the author wants to take me. Very relaxing and unwinding.

3. If you count the Rosary then yes
My mind is generally flitting around too much to meditate without an aid (such as the Rosary). Being in front of an eikon, statue or religious image helps as well.

4. The Rosary is a great meditative aid...
Repetition of the Hail Mary is a mantra, which helps you "get into the zone"

sit and meditate - I'm too high strung (in case you hadn't noticed) :hi:

6. I contemplate
I used to meditate. But these days I find more satisfaction from contemplation. A good deep think.

9. Once a week, at church
Attend an unprogrammed Quaker Meeting, which is often 45-60 minutes of group meditation.
