Poll question: Canadians: which recording artists can claim the most success... |

...strictly due to Cancon laws.
I mean, which artist(s) would be least likely to have made a buck as an entertainer/have been heard in radio rotation, if they didn't have "Cultural Welfare" to mooch off?
Note also that these artists can be completely derivitive of tired US/UK musical styles, but still manage to be considered culturally significant...
I didn't include Jan Arden or Allannis Morissette. I don't have room for every hack in the country. Sorry.
