First day of class...ideas for stress relievers?
Ahh...back here with my broadband connection now that I'm back at school. Anywho, it's the first day of my last semester here, and I'm looking to see if there are any other students out there in the lounge today, or anyone who is looking at stress, anxiety, and way too much work in the weeks to come. Basically, I'm curious to know how this remarkable community handles issues of stress. Personally, for me, music is key, as is exercise whenever I can, but I wanted to ask everyone and see if other ideas come to the surface. Ta ta for now, and good luck to all students returning from break.

3. Learn to Juggle ...
It is a great way to learn how the brain and body work together to learn and master seemingly impossible tasks. This can be applied to anything.

Besides, its fun and kids love it.

Cheers

4. Making time to spend with friends
Really helped me get through it. Either a quick cup of coffee and a chat, or a few hours spent rock climbing when we could fit that (exercise helps, too!) really helped me to take my mind off the work for a bit! Good luck to you!

6. Stay away from Sugars....
Take a treat with you; an apple, banana, small yogurt, water. Have an afternoon cup of black coffee or a cup of tea to kill your hunger. Walk as much as you can. Be aware of what you eat. Eat slow. Do not, do not eat sweets loaded with fats and sugars.

You'll have a beautiful non-stressful day.
