His mother got her father's money, and she plays games with him to try and get it back. He loves her, but she doesn't love him; she just plays him. He needs to let her go, therefore. Locke hit him in the head and drugged him so that he'd figure this out. Hope this helps!

How did Locke KNOW to drug him so that he would figure it out? He seemed surprised when he said that he killed his SISTER.
glad to hear it isnt incestuous

11. Locke didn't know what the vision would be |
|
Locke knew that the drug allows insight into whatever needs to be figured out. He saw that the brother had issues with Shannon, but couldn't know that the "hallucination" would evoke Shannon's death.
But the wording was interesting: "Is THAT what it showed you?" Almost like it is not just a drug but something else....friendly and intelligent.
Any guesses on what the buried structure is?

They are not really brother and sister, his mom and her dad got married when he was 10 and she was 8, he told the police officer. So, its really not that bad, but still weird..... I don't know why he was so relieved, but I guess its because she has/had such a control over him, for whatever reason.
So I don't know? I just... WANT TO SEE THE NEXT EPISODE! ;(

9. J.J. Abrams also created Alias, he is a twisted |
|
freak of a writer.
I've been an Alias fan from day one, haven't gotten started on Lost because I don't know if I can stand being jerked around like that for more than one hour a week.
