I rarely classify movies as great, but that one was definitely great. I'll be upset if it doesn't win some big Oscars.

52. I guess I better break down and see this movie.
I have heard nothing but good, if not great things about it. I tend not to see it because I am not a huge Jim Carrey fan.

18. I just saw that last month
I caught it in the middle and waited until it was replayed. It was really good. Spacey is one of the guys (along with Depp, Guy Pearce & Clive Owen) whose movies I will go out of my way to see.

23. I have a very different opinion of this film
I like Spacey too, he's a favorite of mine, but I thought this was a pretty bad movie. Aside from being (I thought) a little predictable, it was a film that seemed intent on making an anti-capital punishment statement, but instead only served to undermine that viewpoint.

The acting is good, though, and Laura Linney is another actor whom I would see in about anything.

29. Understand your POV
I would have said "contrived" rather than predictable. I said I liked it because it was a pleasant surprise on a rainy afternoon. It wasn't your usual plot and it showed people on both sides of the issue as zealots, leaving the viewer to find their own middle ground.

I agree about Linney. I've enjoyed her since "Tales of the City."

16. when they were filming Shall we dance
in my city, i guess the director of Station Agent had something to do with the film so he rented my place of employment for a cast screening of Station Agent.. good film. It was kind of fun to watch a movie with Richard Gere and Susan Sarrandon sitting in front of me.. two people i would love to chat with but with respect did not.

27. Garden State
Though I second those here who loved "Eternal Sunshine", I want to mention to everyone that if you haven't seen "Garden State", Zach Braff is a tremendous writer, Natalie Portman should be up for best actress, and the music is amazing! Believe me, its not just for younguns, though its obviously geared to a college-ish crowd. Check it out, you won't be dissapointed.
