IMO, the Jets beat the Stillers (I am a Stillers fan)
The Burgh was my home area, grew up during the SuperBowl era.

I have been riding high since they defeated the Eagles.

But I have to say this, even as a Steelers fan, but morally as a realist:

The Steelers got F_CKING LUCKY!

My emotions were packed and ready for storage when that ball hit the crossbar. My heart thumped, and then Big Ben threw his second pick, and I was decimated at the chipshot.

And then, the Steelers got EXTREMELY F-ING LUCKY! I can see the first field goal, being so far away, but the second?

The Jets defense had Ben's number, and I have to admit, that 75 yard punt return was sweet (although it was a couple of hours before I could verbalize it).

This time, the Stillers squeaked by on true luck. I hope that Cowher spits this in their face this week, that they really didn't play up to their potential.

Jets fans, YINZ WUZ ROBBED!

and the Jets just didn't today.

4. As soon as Herm Edwards
decides to run the clock with over 2 mins to go and settle for a 40+ yard attempt, the Jets lost. You don't go into the house of the #1 sede and play cautious when you have a shot at getting out with a win. Edwards has lost more than one game with his lack of clock management this year.

And before you take anything away from the Steelers, remember the Jets offense scored 9 points on the Steelers in 8+ quarters.
