I haven't been around for a while. Just wanted to check in and let people know I'm mostly back. Been traveling a lot for work and that isn't gonna slow down til mid-February. But I'm back home for a few and I thought I'd just say hi. :hi:

Been taking some "me" time too. I got really odd news last week. Many of you have heard me talk in passing about my evil-ex. The boring-boy I was with for 10 years. *rolls eyes at self*

Well, after all those years when he couldn't seem to get to Austin for us to really be together...3 years after the breakup he has actually moved here. One of our mutual friends called last week to tell me. It was really kinda weird. Right after New Years I had a dream that I ran into him at a local Home Depot. I just blew it off and didn't give any mental energy to trying to figure out if it meant anything. Why can't I be psychic about good stuff...like the Lottery numbers. *pout*

I guess the universe decided that I'm not moving fast enough so it had to give me a little more incentive to get the heck out of Austin. I've been getting the message for a while that this isn't where I'm supposed to be...but if the universe really really wants me to move it's gonna have to offer a little more help in figuring out where to. :)

Anyway, I took some alone time this past weekend. Cleaned up my apartment. Watched figure skating and football. And spent last night with the lights off, candles lit all over the apartment, and Rachmaninoff on the cd player. Really helped me recharge and refocus.

So hopefully I'll be around a little bit more. I hope you were all good boys and girls while I was gone.
