Question: Who many DUer's think Bush is better than Clark?
I think there are a few. Some think Clark is a PNAC agent who makes Bush look like Paul Wellstone. Those people have a right to their opnions. I hope they realize Clark is not Hitler 2.0.

With The Exception Of Cheney And A Few Others Of His Cabinet - No, I Can't Believe Any DUer's Would Think A Clinton Endorsed Clark Would Be WORSE Than Bush...

6. Hi Mr. Kleeb.
I'm happy you don't think Clark is an even worse Hitler clone.
Ihope someday you will like Clark but I can't make you like him.

7. Dont call me Mr. because it makes me feel old
I doubt anyone thinks he is a hitler clone. Thanks though I will try. If I wanted Hitler 2.0 I would point to Bush.

8. Hey, Hitler killed more than 6 million people
Let's not go heavy on the hyperboles here. Nobody is a Hitler 2.0. Not even Bush. Hardly Wes Clark.

I'm pretty indifferent about Clark. I get annoyed at him if he hogs all the attention. And I come to his defense, at least in my mind, when others label him Republican and Bush-lite, or what have you.

13. Bush* has only been in power 2 1/2 years
He has caused two wars, and his death toll is already well into five figures.
Democracy is on life support. Many no longer believe it exists here.
Most expect * to be "re-elected" by the machinez regardless of how they vote.
The opposition in Congress is all but powerless. There are military tribunals.
There is Gitmo.

We really, really, really, don't want to see what he can do in 8 years,
or 12, or 100.

At least the Reichstag was empty when the Nazis burned it.

they are dumb, evil and haven't found a place to secrete their excrement in quite some time.

Can't believe I responded to this. That's what 100 plus posts will get you.

11. Please provide a link to posts where people make that claim
"Clark is a PNAC agent who makes Bush look like Paul Wellstone." I have never seen one. I have read the PNAC allegations, but I want to see links to the "Bush look like Paul Wellstone," claim of yours.

You are obviously just attempting to "smear" Clark's critics. (What you posted was a smear because it is not true. Odd that you support Clark by posting lies about his detractors.

12. The point isn't whether or not Clark would be better than Bush
It's whether Clark is just one more puppet of the power elite -- the sort of minimally reformist puppet they trot out when their hard-right puppets push things too hard and send the Republican Party off the tracks.

I'm not saying Clark is definitely that sort of puppet -- but if he is, and if he is nominated and elected, we may have lost the last chance we will have to take back our party and our country.

That is what's really scaring some people

14. Actually, I've seen quite a few posters
who said openly that 4 more years of Bush is better than allowing Clark into the White House. Not many-5-10 out of roughly 1000 regular posters, but enough to make me doubt the sincerity of those people.

16. I know one Dean supporter who says she will vote Bush to make a point
if Dean does not win the nomination. She's not on DU.

My question: what point? She says if it's not Dean we need to punish the "establishment Dems"- her word for anyone but Dean and Kucinich
