Yep, this is the most important thing happening in the world right now.

Clever how they scheduled his trial to begin the day after the Iraqi elections. Think it was intentional to offer a smokescreen in case the elections went to hell?

I do.

Gonna be mighty sickening watch TV for the next weeks.

All Michael Jackson, all the time.

1. I'm steering clear of "Larry King Live" for that very reason.
Actually, I don't need a reason to steer clear of "Larry King Live" PERIOD. But ol' Lar does like to cover those celebrity media trials...ad nauseum....

2. Sick of hearing about it already.
Who gives a fuck? Parents are idiots for letting their kids around him if there's even a chance of foul play. There are thousands of cases a year on child molestation but let's make sure the famous guy is on TV because you know, he matters more than the "regular" people. :eyes:

3. Jackson either is or is not a pervert. Either way, it's a dull, dull
and possibly sordid topic, totally unworthy of national news coverage.

6. And some wondered what MSM
would have to do after the Scott Peterson trial. I'm sure they have a list a mile long of things to do rather than look at bush** mischief.

12. Exactly!!
I hate to be so cynical, but this adminstration has proven time and time again that they are very good at handling the news media and making sure that everything that is awful has some other celebrity-based or frivolous bullshit news story to keep the masses entertained and keep their focus off the evil shit.
