With Today's Gas Prices, I'd Like One of These

A BMW Isetta.

But since I commute on the Interstate, I'm sure it's not a good idea - it used to be rough sharing the road with al those truckers in my Suzuki Swift....

1. *Sigh* they pushed the delivery date of my Prius back 2 months
The earliest I'll get it is April...

Mine, however, will be blue. :)

4. Good for you - it'll be worth the wait
Only reason I'm not getting a prius now is because my Corolla is relatively new and has low miles. I'm not one to trade cards in too quickly and the Corolla gets decent mileage

9. Corolla's are great cars.
I loved mine...taken before his time by some jackasses who weren't watching where they were going.

I can't wait until I can afford a Prius.

What do you call a Trabi on top of a steep hill?
A miracle.

20. My favorite Trabi joke
It seems there was a Texas oil billionaire not named Bush who loved to collect cars. When he heard that there was a German car that took fifteen years to get, he had to have one.

The chairman of the Trabant kombinat, who was both surprised to receive an order from an American and pleased that the American paid in hard currency, immediately had a new car crated and airfreighted to the United States.

A few days later, the chairman received a telex from the United States: "The cardboard mock-up arrived very quickly and in excellent shape. Please advise as to when the actual car will be delivered."
