You do need to be vigilant about cancelling your accounts with them when you mean to do it and reading all the fine print in the agreement, but all in all I'd say my experiences with them have been OK.

once I was ripped off from a seller and I used the form Paypal provided to get my money back. I also have an ATM card tied to my Paypal if I want to get money quick.
I had no problem. Been using them, selling and buying on ebay for maybe 2 years now.

3. The password never worked for me after a couple of times |
|
I got bored with trying to fix it. They wanted me to call them at my expense to try to fix it.
I know it works for others though. i think it's part of ebay.

9. No problems. If you get an account don't ever |

click on a link from an email that looks like it's from them just in case it's a phishing scam. People send out emails that look like it's from paypal or american express with a link saying verify information and when you click the link it goes to a phony site they've made to look official and records your username and password.
No big deal, just any email you get, open a browser window and type the main url for that site in. Never click a link in an email.

13. I've heard horrible stories |

but personally I've never had a bad experience. I will say that if you need to get in touch with them, it's a nightmare, so don't have any problems and you'll do just fine.
