I have to confess....
I LOVE the song "Magic" by Olivia Newton-John....
There, I said it. Anyone else feel like sharing? We'll make it through this together...

Yes, the Coney Island Nathan's hot dogs. All of you who don't live in Brooklyn don't know what you're missing.

Love 'em. And the best in the world are at the Lafayette Coney Island in downtown Detroit! And they were invented right here in Detroit!

As in a hot dog with chili and onions was invented in Detroit. They picked the name Coney Island because it sounded exotic.

not just romance novels either (though I have been known to indulge in those). I'm talking books with a rose and bullet on the cover. Anything about our intrepid hero and heroine fighting the Nazis, or the "commies", or a plot to blow up the world, and falling in love. :-)

I love romance novels. As far as anyone knows, I read award winning novels with "deep, and meaningful" messages. Pulitzer prize, Booker prize...all those books fill my bookshelves but the ones I love and get excited about, pun not intended (:.. maybe.. are my novels filled with gorgeous protagonists searching for love. Life's hard enough , I figure a little fluff is good

It's my most guilty pleasure. The gift shop at the hosptial I work with sells used paperbacks for 75 cents and some of them are pretty hot. I exchange books with one of my friends so I know if its worth reading the whole book for the trashy scenes.
