14. I went to a funeral today, too.
It was also very moving; my friend's son was killed in Iraq last week, and today was his funeral.

16. I am sorry
The thing that has made this whole war so tough for me is all the people around my age dying.

22. It was very hard.
I had to force myself to go. I know what Duane's going through, because I saw my sister and brother-in-law go through it last summer. I'll be there for Duane, because he was there for me when I needed him; that's what friends do.

:)

29. ha of course not
Yeah, she's the goddaughter of my aunt and someone Ive known over the years, if I see her, I'll bring up the fact we're sorta related lol. My mom's parents came as well, and my mom's dad lol did what I thought was silly, he got in to a conversation with my cousin who lives in England about football, ha I dont think shes a big football fan. I got invited to hang out in Colorado by my aunt who lives out that a way. Plus a longtime friend of my dad's dad spoke.

31. The love is what's important
And I'm sure everybody felt how much you loved your nana. Funerals are odd, aren't they? So much love and so much sorrow, all at once.
