Fuck Bush, his illegal war, and the illegitimate, corporate-sponsored neo-con PNAC-occupied joke of a government, for which he stands. Or sits. Or snorts coke and goes on a gin-guzzling bender with Condi.
And if you're single, especially childless and single, in America, then the American eagle is saying "Fuck you, sucker!" and it poops a penny on you.
For the record, I am receiving a refund, but compared to years past with similar withholding, it has shrunk. That is correct: I am not rich, ergo not a beneficiary of GOP tax policies.
Did I say "FUCK YOU BUSH" yet? :nuke: :argh: :grr: :nuke:

wow, haven't had one of those in a while. But I sort of plan it that way-the government can't misspend money of mine they shouldn't have taken anyway.

I consider myself lucky. But either way, we're fucked, for the reason you cited.

I think of the $400 or so that Uncle Sam didn't have to waste for several months....and when I pay in, it goes in at the very last minute.

I know with a refund I am giving them a free loan to abuse until they pay up, but psychologically, not writing a check makes me feel better. The ideal is to owe or be refunded the smallest amount possible. They are still going to abuse your $400 on new cases of gin for the West Wing.

5. I owe federal. Small refund state. |
|
And I'm single & childless and make less than 100K a year. So therefore--no tax break for me!
