I think the Super Bowl is having a bullshit competition with
dubyas inaguration. Whoever can do the most cheesy american pride bullshit wins. And so far I think the superbowl wins.

Oh wait...it's on Fox...The freepers must be foaming at the mouth that Clinton's there.

I was just thinking...don't people watch sports/movies/TV to forget about the world's problems at least for a while? So much for escapism.

5. Not watching - but reading... and what is curious
is the revelling in our "country" roots, being done by our most wealthy elitists who can afford to be at the game and festivities... Sorta like playing dressup? How many of these folks do you think you would see in the next two weeks at a country-western bar jamming down to Charlie Daniels and slamming back some sour mash?
