before LIVE on the web cam (or actually been there). Never stayed up this late at home.

Pretty interesting as they brought the cop cars through and then the mounted cops. Followed, of course, by the water trucks.

Although I think I might be getting a bit too old for it.

I'm doing the next best thing. Sitting in my office drinking wine, watching on the computer, and wishing I was about 35 years younger. <sigh>

I can't complain too much. I have been there on St. Paddy's day, and it's pretty wild then.

And the last time I went on business, I got lost between the Quarter and my hotel and had to have a security guard in a high rise direct me back.
