It'll shut off my higher brain functions like 51% of the country. I guess I'm just allergic to KoolAid. Easier, certainly less stress. CNN tells me what I need to think.
One day I'll have the medicinal courage to watch the Truth that is Fox. I want to wave a flag and stop thinking. I want to march in lockstep with corporate interests as I vote my rights away. I want to not care about anyone else but my own fat ass. Wouldn't it just be easier to be a Republican?
I should just give up. Listen to Top Forty Radio. Buy a gas guzzling SUV and say FUCK YOU to the poor. The homeless are just like you and me, except they're lazy, and morally bankrupt. We should all just get along and act white, and male, and straight. Differences are scary and should be melted away in the great melting pot.
I'm just going to wave the American flag now and have a Rebel Flag on my Hummer. I'm going to pull myself up by my bootstraps while conveniently forgetting the debt I own society.
I want my drugs approved by Merck and the FDA and Smirnov. I want an endless war on "terror". I want to live in an ownership society where the upperclass owns society.
I want to feel morally superior for having more money than others. I want to point fingers and condemn those who've had an abortion. How come the genetic dice roll I got means I have to pull a Jeff Gannon to be accepted by my Republican Overlords?
I wish I could just allow the mantra "Freedom isn't Free" lull me into a passive acceptance of all the Good News coming out of Iraq. Iran's an imminent threat to the US, don'tcha know? Better gear up for the next sacrifice others will have to make so I can be "free".
I wanna rant and be nonsensical and get a radio gig where I can snort oxycontin and use my anal cyst to get out of fighting for freedom (cuz it's not free, ya know).
Most of all, I want it all to be about me, because ultimately isn't that what being a Republican is all about?

maybe that's why pharmaceuticals are such big repuke donors. they saw it coming--they knew we'd need their drugs to stay afloat for the next four years. (and they knew zoloft was about to get a bad rap). so, they needed to make a killing with all their other mood alteration or anti-depressent pills.
