Will someone PLEASE bring me another blanket and some
chicken soup?

If you could mutter something soothing as well, I'd appreciate it.

*sniff*

8. I thought it would make you laugh.

You should be taking echinacea tincture (root only if possible) in water 3-4 times a day, vitamin C all you can stand to pop in your mouth all day without intestinal upset, and a product called Purify capsules (see your health food store) 3 times a day.

The Purify is a protease, and unmasks the viral proteins so yer immune system can zap 'em.

Take all three as directed, you will feel better from full-blown symptoms in 4 days.

Take those when you first feel a bit ill, you can almost always prevent it altogether.

Good luck to ya...it sux to be sick.

Ya germy thing...heh...

16. Sounds like a plan
too much drinking, not being able to stop drinking - not a good thing.

7. there there dear
have you taken Nyquil or somesuch? Sometimes it's best to just sleep through the worst of it . . . but then when you get up go for a reasonable walk; mild activity will actually help clear your sinuses and give you an appetite. Here's your blanket, now get some rest . . . can I get you something to read? An extra pillow?

(putter putter, stokes fire, puts on some soothing music, sets down a warm cup of lapsang souchong tea with lemon . . .)

You were perfect, except for the tea...but how were you to know that is my least favourite tea in the world.

*sigh*

14. Can I run you a hot, steamy bath to clear the sinuses?
You'll have to check the temperature yourself, though.

18. You need a Hello Kitty blankey
I am a guy and Hello Kitty blankies are so dang comfy that I don't even mind having a Hello Kitty staring at me the entire time.
