Homemade vegetable soup for supper

Tony's in bed with the flu, so I made vegetable-beef soup for supper. What's for supper at your house?

3. linguine and meatballs

My granddaughter is helping me cook.

4. Salmon with chutney prepared by Whole Foods,

with their green bean salad, my sweet potato medallions and maybe some arugula topped with cherry tomatoes and pine nuts. I didn't want to cook. :D

11. Homemade seafood-chicken-sausage-ham gumbo and veggies

I made gumbo for Mardi Gras, and steamed up some cauliflower and brussels sprouts with cheese sauce.

17. Littleneck clams steamed in white white with chorizo sausage!

With a touch of fresh orange juice, sprinkled with Italian parsley. And garlic bread to dip in the broth. Yum!

I went to buy the clams at lunch today, been thinking about it all afternoon.
