5. what about Destroy All Monsters?

that and the one with the singing tiny twins ( Godzilla vs Mothra? - a buddy had a band called the Mothra Sisters based on them) are my favorites. That was a big movie afternoon when I went to Catholic school back in the day.

8. Destroy All Monsters was directed by Ishiro Honda

and didn't feature any monster chat. The "Peanuts" as the Mothra Twins were known released several record albums in the 60's and 70's.

I last watched Godzilla vs Gigan about 4 months ago, and I STILL remembered that.

I went to the theater to see what was called "The Last" Godzilla movie - it was released in the late 70's. Me and my best friend went to a small theater to see it. I wish I could remember the name of the damn film.

And I watch any and all Godzilla movies when they are on. I just saw one last week. I'm not good with movie titles. It was a fairly new Godzilla movie tho. I LOVE them!!!

My favorite is the Monster Island movie tho with all the other monsters.

I just LOVE the Japanese monster movies. What the hell was the name of the big turtle who flew and fire came out of his leg and neck holes when he flew??????

22. the first film you're talking about is Terror of Mechagodzilla

which was a 20th anniversary film (though released in the US in 1977). The second film you mention is either Destroy all Monsters or one of the Island Godzilla films (Godzilla vs the Sea Monster, Son of Godzilla, or Godzilla's Revenge) Though I'll hedge my bet and say it's Destroy All Monsters.

The third you mention is Gamera, which is a Daiei monster and not a Toho monster. For a good time check out the more recent three Gamera titles directed by Shusuke Kaneko.

Concerned whether Godzilla breathed lightning or radiatioactive plasma. My friend kept swearing up and down that it was lightning. To this day I don't think we ever resolved that one.
