free web space. They range from banners top and bottom, no advertising at all to pop-ups. Get Webpages for Dummies and you should be able to figure out how to make a site. Your cost would be the domain name if you want one and Go-Daddy is real reasonable. There are also reasonably priced spaces you can pay for. Vizaweb has 300 meg space for 3.95 a month.

There are alot of free webhosts out there for you to get started on if you're a beginniner; I run my own station website pretty cheaply; less then your local phone company bill each month...
