Bless you, my child. Baptismals, weddings, I can do it all! |
|
I am an ordained minister! It's awesome. You get to call everyone "my son" and spew off latin-sounding phrases... suckers fall for it all the time.

1. I've been "religious" all of my life, Catholic schools, etc. |
|
Never ever heard anyone say "My son". I'd probably puke on them if I did. Only in the movies, thank goodness, because I still gag at the sound of it. Paternalism is very provoking.

2. A friend signed me up 7 or 8 years ago so I could perform her wedding |

It was a gas! We had it at our house, and my partner and I catered it (cake included) for 25 as our wedding gift. There was champagne and dancing in the back garden (it was late April so it was really nice).
