So, how are your New Year's Resolutions holding up?
One of mine was to cut down on caffeine. Was doing ok for a while, but blew it the last few weeks, so today I really cut back and have a throbbing headache to prove it! Hopefully I'll be better tomorrow!

So, how about you?:hangover:

3. hehe
Well one was to work out more often. I was doing 3/4 times a week before, but I haven't worked out at all since NYE. :silly:

One other was to eat breakfast and lunch regularly. I haven't been completely successful but I am doing better every day, so :)

:hi:

6. Well, good luck with it!
I'm convinced it's all about getting it so ingrained into your routine that you don't even have to think about doing it--you just do it. Takes time, though.:)

4. A lot of recent studies have shown that
excessive caffeine consumption may not be that bad for you.

I haven't smoked since NYE, but it ain't been easy.

5. I've heard that too, but not sure if I believe it!
My concern is I hate to have to start thinking about my next swig of caffeine because my body will be craving it--want to be able to be out in the wilderness without caffeine for miles and not get crazy!

Good luck with the smoking (non-smoking, I should say)--that's one of the hardest addictions to break! :yourock:

9. Great! I didn't make any...
though I did kinda suggest that I'd eat nothing but healthy food, and that didn't last a day.

17. Depends on the resolution
I made two - to be more organized and to not hold so much stuff in but let people know how I feel. I'm doing pretty good on the first one. The second one is proving more difficult. I'm really bad and telling people how I feel and even worse at letting them know what I need.
