Do you work in a dysfunctional workplace? |
|
Do your peers backstab you to get ahead? Is your boss a crazy control freak who blows up at any little thing? Do you bring the stress home everyday after work? When you get home from work do you have the tendency to hang yourself or go out and shoot up liquor stores to relieve the stress?
You are probably suffering from post traumatic dysfunctional workplace stress syndrome.

"Oh, you hate your job? Why didn't you say so? There's a support group for that. It's called EVERYBODY, and they meet at the bar."

My family runs a resort in the Keys. My husband is the manager. My daughter is the office manager. I am the person who is there the least, so the favorite joke in the office is "let's blame the mistakes on whoever wasn't here at the time they happened." Everytime I walk through the door, someone say's, "So YOU'RE the one!!"

I work at a theme park. In fact, I've been working in theme parks since 1996, I'm a glutton for punishment I guess.

saftey vest today with orders that we have to wear them whenever we get out of our 18 wheel trucks. He even made us print and sign our names to a form saying we got this vest..

10. You just described my workplace |
|
I've only been there a month. The supervisor is over-supervising us to the point where the very sight of him annoys me. My co-workers complain about and compete with each other. I've been away for 5 days and I have to go back tomorrow. And just before I left my supervisor said we could get together and "see if we're on the same page" when I get back. :puke: :puke: :puke: :puke: :puke:
