Calgon, take me away!!!!!
I could say, I'm tired. I should be tired, I suppose I am, but it's not fatigue. It's mental exhaustion. :(

Today, I managed to:
1. Go to a PPT meeting for my 5 year old who is ending his speech therapy.
2. Go on the treadmill.
3. Shower.
4. Do 8 loads of laundry.
5. Take my big mattress pad to the laundrymat because it doesn't fit in my washer.
6. Help chaperone 20 kindergarteners at a pumpkin farm. :bounce:
7. Forget to eat lunch.
8. Make dinner.
9. Break up ??? # of fights.
10. Change two poopy diapers from a two year old who throws his potty chair at me.
11. Get my hair pulled by same 2 year old when I dared leave him with daddy to go chaperone the 20 kindergarteners.
12. Still trying to unclog the toilet because my 8 year old won't eat his vegatables and has rock-like BMs. :hurts:
13. 2 year old who won't go to bed because he had a late nap because mommy was gone at Pumpkin farm.
14. Helped dear hubby by listening to his job problems and trying to be my usual supportive self. :eyes:
15. And I know I'm forgetting a dozen more things.

And that's after last night in which:
1. Had to argue with my freeper lab partner.
2. I had to take my blood in anatomy class and almost fainted (not psychological, but physiological).
3. Dealt with the weirdness that my freeper lab partner was the only one who helped me, then proceeded to tell me his life story on the way to the parking lot. :wtf: ?
4. Got turned down by my husband for stress relief again. :grr:

I need a spa. I need a spa for a month. I need a spa for a month staffed by gorgeous men. I need a spa for a month staffed by gorgeous men who will serve me. I need a spa for a month staffed by gorgeous men who will serve me and not knock me up.

Probably too much to ask for, right?

Sarah

8. Long story on the husband btw
Well, they'll do, but they need to be at least 10 years older and another 50 IQ points higher to suit me. These guys look too pretty to be strait. However, would I turn them down? Doubt it!
And the chocolate, they used to be my subsitute, but I like these better, no calories in the virtual ones.
Roses are always great!

Thanks, Lady Freedom.

3. Can I come with you to that spa?
I'll bring a giant box of spermicidally-lubricated condoms, and then we can both play safe and not get knocked up. A spa for a month staffed by gorgeous accommodating men sounds like just the ticket for me -- I'd be nicely unstressed ("Hey, honey, is that a Pyhrric substitution in your pocket, or are you just relaxed?"), and I might even feel human again. :)

I didn't have nearly as exhausting a day as you did, but I:

1) Ran a long complicated database report correctly before having my morning caffeine.
2) Proofread and corrected 30 long, technical files just today.
3) Changed the manual for our computer system *yet again*! (This is the third day in a row!)
4) Cleaned up cat barf at 8:30 in the morning.
5) Called my parents and got them to agree to let me charge their credit card US$42.50 so I could postpone taking the GRE.
6) Called ETS and postponed the GRE (takes 40 mins on the phone).
7) Went to the post office and got a passport application.
8) Mailed a large cheque to the bank that holds the paper on my private student loan (as opposed to the two government ones).
9) Came home, spent money I couldn't really afford on pizza...

AAAEEEEIIIIEEEGHHH!!!

There... I feel sortakindaalmost better now.

6. Yes, you can come
Sounds like you need it too, but I get the tall one, okay. The tall one with the big, em, hands. Yeah, that's it.

5. One suggestion: cut out the treadmill!
What, you don't think you're active enough?

9. No way...
Now that that I look better again, I'm not giving that one up. I've accepted I'm a woman who has to work at it and that's okay. This actually makes me feel better.
Besides, it about the only thing I do that's not for someone else.

7. Doesn't sound like there's enough Calgon in the box.
You need it by the case! Just for the potty-training alone. Compromise; maybe 2 weeks at the spa with ugly women. :)
