Anyone know about the chem spill on I635 (Dallas) today?

Anyone know about the chem spill on I635 (Dallas) today?
I had the local news on but it wasn't even mentioned. I don't listen to the radio while I'm driving, so I didn't know it had happened (it apparently shut down the hiway near the High Five for the best part of the day). I heard about it from a client. People were supposedly stuck in their cars for hours.

Just curious about the details. This is the second major truck accident I've heard about in a week (the other was in Mesquite).
