you know, when you press on your eyeballs for a few seconds, and you see all those kaleidescope patterns against a black background until you go mad...you know what i'm talkin' about right?....or,....am i...the only one?......

When you press on the closed eye, the pressure causes the rods there to be stimulated.

11. it's a side effect of light fatigue on your eyes.
your eye tends to flash with the complementary color of the color of whatever you're looking at, bc it takes a second to switch the cones (also happens when you're fatigued, just bc it takes longer to change.)
